Pasta with Grilled Chicken, Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Basil
Chicken Preparation:
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a frying pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
Cook the chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes on each side).
Remove them from the pan, let them rest for a few minutes, then cut them into strips.
Sauce Preparation:
In the same frying pan, add the second tablespoon of olive oil.
Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, but do not let it burn.
Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the crème fraîche and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
