A tasty recipe combining juicy pieces of grilled chicken, sun-dried tomatoes and the freshness of basil.
Ingredients (for 4 people):
400 g of pasta (penne, fusilli or tagliatelle)
2 chicken breasts
100 g of sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and cut into pieces
2 cloves of garlic, minced
20 cl of liquid crème fraîche
50 g of grated parmesan
1 bunch of fresh basil
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper from the mill
Preparation:
Cooking the pasta:
Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet until al dente.
Drain it, reserving a small ladle of cooking water.
