Add taco seasoning and water. Stir and cook until the mixture thickens (2-3 minutes). Let cool slightly.
Prepare the Dough:

Roll out crescent roll or biscuit dough on a lightly floured surface. If using biscuits, flatten each into a circle.
Stuff the Pockets:
Spread a thin layer of refried beans on one half of the dough (optional). Add a spoonful of the taco meat, a sprinkle of cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, and optional toppings like onions or jalapeños.
