1 big cauliflower, cut into small pieces.
1 cup of uncooked cashew nuts
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 big onion, chopped into small pieces.
2 pieces of minced garlic
1 teaspoon of powdered turmeric
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
1 teaspoon of curry powder
Add salt and pepper according to your preference.
Fresh cilantro, finely chopped (to sprinkle on top)
