This is one of my husband and I’s favorite meals. Even with homemade gravy, the casserole is quick and easy to make, so even the most inexperienced cook can handle it.
Ingredients
8 tubes refrigerated biscuits
1 pound ground breakfast sausage
2 packages country gravy mix
1 can condensed milk
12 large eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Biscuits and Gravy, Sausage and Egg Breakfast Casserole
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Fry sausages in a skillet until cooked through. Allow excess fat to drain.
Reduce heat to medium and drizzle gravy over meat along with 1 cup condensed milk and 1 cup water.
