I bake these twice a month, Greek spinach pitta, my family loves it

Ingredients

1 kg spinach, fresh or frozen
1 liter water
1 bunch of spring onions
1 clove of garlic
50 g butter
Salt and pepper, white
Nutmeg
200 g feta cheese made from sheep’s milk
4 eggs
5 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 egg yolk for brushing
