But this is based on personal experience; ever since my accident with the glass top stove, I’ve been rather concerned about kitchen safety. Even though I am more cautious now, I still love trying out different dishes and making use of all the cooking utensils I own. The next time I hear about someone else’s kitchen catastrophe, it only serves as a reminder that our own kitchen mishap is just around the corner.
