Prepare the Dough:
In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, warm water, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, and dry yeast. Stir well and let it sit for a few minutes until frothy.
Gradually add flour and salt. Mix until the dough comes together.
Knead the Dough:
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth, about 10 minutes.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
