Step 3: Make the Gravy
- In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
- Return the cubed steak to the skillet, nestling them into the gravy mixture.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until the cubed steak is tender and cooked through.
Step 4: Serve and Enjoy
- Remove the cubed steak from the skillet and place them on a serving platter.
- Spoon the onion gravy over the steak and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve the cubed steak hot alongside mashed potatoes, rice, or your favorite side dishes.
