Let it steep again:
Cover the finished Croissant Pogača with a plastic bag or damp towel and let it sit in a warm place for about 20 minutes or until doubled in size. Bake
the pogača with the croissant.
Spread on the dough:
Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). In a small bowl, mix the egg yolks and milk. Brush the mixture over the risen dough. Sprinkle the sprinkles evenly over the entire surface.
Bake:
Place the pogača bag in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
Serve
while cooling:
After baking, remove the Pogača Cornet from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes. Place on a wire rack to cool completely.
Enjoy:
Serve Cornet Pogača warm or at room temperature. It can be enjoyed neat or with a cup of coffee or tea.
