130-140 g (1/2 cup + 3 tbsp) sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
20 g (2 tbsp) yogurt
20 g (2 tbsp) milk
1/4 tsp salt
For the cinnamon filling:
50 g (4 tbsp) brown sugar
10 g (1 tbsp) all-purpose flour

1 tsp ground cinnamon
For the cinnamon streusel topping:
50 g (5 tbsp) all-purpose flour
30 g unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces
40-50 g (3-4 tbsp) brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt or a pinch
Directions

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 165°C (325°F) for electric ovens or 175°C (350°F) for gas ovens. Grease a 21.5 cm x 11 cm (8.5 in x 4.5 in) baking pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
