One of my Facebook friends shared this recipe that came from C&R Seafood in Hammond, LA. I haven’t tried it yet as of this posting, but I’m sure it’s going to be a real treat!

  • 7 to 8 large to medium-sized Bell Peppers
  • 3 Pounds ground beef
  • 2 Pounds small Louisiana Shrimp
  • 1/2 Pound diced ham
  • 1/2 Pound Real Crab meat
  • Salted butter
  • Plain breadcrumbs
  • Seasonings:
    • 1 Yellow onion
    • Celery
    • 1 Green Bell Pepper
    • Garlic
    • Dried Thyme
    • Salt
    • Tony Chachere’s Creole seasoning
