Samoussas with pesto, tomatoes, goat and olives

Mix shredded goat cheese with pesto, tomatoes, and olives. Season with salt and black pepper..
Cut the brick sheets in half and form triangles by folding the edges. Place a spoonful of stuff at the center of each triangle.
Fold the brick sheets into samoussas and rub them with olive oil.
Arrange them on a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until well golden brown.
Serve these hot samoussas with a little spicy tomato sauce.
