Directions:
Preheat your grill to high heat. Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then set aside.

Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
Drizzle the Sicilian lemon herb sauce generously over the steaks before serving.
