Ingredients:
- 2 Rib Eye steaks, about 1 1/2 inches thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Optional: Steak seasoning blend
Instructions:
1. Preparing the Steaks:
- Remove the Rib Eye steaks from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature for about 30-60 minutes.
- Season both sides of the steaks generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper. For an extra flavor boost, you can also use a steak seasoning blend of your choice.
