Rib Eye

Ingredients:

  • 2 Rib Eye steaks, about 1 1/2 inches thick
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Optional: Steak seasoning blend

Instructions:

1. Preparing the Steaks:

  • Remove the Rib Eye steaks from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature for about 30-60 minutes.
  • Season both sides of the steaks generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper. For an extra flavor boost, you can also use a steak seasoning blend of your choice.
