Red Berry Crumble

Wash and peel the red berries then drop them in a baking dish. Sprinkle the sugar.
In a bowl, mix flour, almond powder and icing sugar. Add the soft butter and work it from your fingertips to get a sandy texture.
Spread the batter on the fruit.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the dough is well golden brown.
Serve warm with a scoop of either cool cream or vanilla ice cream.
