Even the most frugal eater in the dining room will be pleased with this dish—Ravioli Lasagna—because it requires few ingredients and cooks quickly. This is perfect for hectic evenings or when you have guests around. I’m all for keeping myself occupied, and I really like doing so when it involves helping out with the kids’ extracurricular activities and school functions. Still, it’s great to be able to catch one’s breath every once in a while. It would be fantastic to channel the enthusiasm of the little ones.
