Ravioli Gratin with Tomato and Fondant Goat Cheese

Preparation :
Prepare the base of the dish:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread a little tomato sauce at the bottom of a gratin dish.
Assemble the gratin:
Alternate layers of ravioli, tomato sauce, goat cheese slices and mozzarella. Continue in this way until the ingredients are used up.
Season:
Sprinkle with Provence herbs, then salt and pepper.
Gratin:
Place in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until the top is golden and the cheese is well melted.
Tasting:
Serve with fresh basil to add a touch of freshness.
