INGREDIENTS
- 1 (12 oz) bag white chocolate chips
- 4 cups rice krispie cereal
- 3 cups pretzel sticks (slightly crushed)
- 1 ½ cups roasted peanuts
PREPARATION
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cereal, crushed pretzels, and peanuts.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, microwave white chocolate chips in 30 second increments until fully melted. Stir until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate into the large bowl and mix until evenly coated.
- Spread in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet and let sit until fully set.
- Once set, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
