Peanut and caramel cluster

Prepare the peanuts:
Place the roasted peanuts in a large bowl.

Combine peanuts and caramel:
Pour the slightly cooled caramel sauce over the peanuts. Stir until the peanuts are evenly coated in caramel.
Form clusters:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drop spoonfuls of the caramel-covered peanuts onto the parchment paper, forming clusters.
Melt chocolate:
Chop the milk chocolate and melt in a double boiler (place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water) or in the microwave in 20-second increments, stirring between each blast until smooth.
Once melted, drizzle the milk chocolate over the clusters.
Garnish (optional):
Melt the dark chocolate using the same method as the milk chocolate. Drizzle the dark chocolate over the milk chocolate-covered clusters for a decorative touch.
