Pancakes Stuffed with Chicken and Cheese Gratin

Instructions :

Step 1: Preparing the Pancakes
In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the eggs.
Gradually pour in the milk while whisking to avoid lumps, then add the oil.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Heat a frying pan with a little oil or butter, then make thin pancakes and set aside.
Step 2: Preparing the Stuffing
In a frying pan, brown the bacon or ham (if using) until golden brown. Add the chopped onion and fry until translucent.
Add the chicken pieces and mix well. Stir in the crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for a few minutes until the stuffing is nice and creamy.
Step 3: Assembly and Gratin
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
