Orange and Yogurt Cake

Procedure:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Butter and flour a 22-24 cm cake tray.
2. In a bowl, beat the egg with sugar and vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract) and a pinch of salt until you achieve a creamy, white compound.
3. Add the oil and yogurt, then mix well.
4. Incorporate the orange juice, blending until you obtain a homogeneous compound.
5. Add the baking powder and sifted flour, mix until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
6. Pour the dough into the prepared cake pan and level it with a spatula.
7. Bake in a preheated oven and bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and baked in the center.
