Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Whisk the yolks with the sugar until the mixture whitens.
Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture and mix well.
Add the sifted flour and a pinch of salt, mixing until smooth.
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Gently fold them into the batter.
Pour half of the batter into the tin, then spread the Nutella over the entire surface.
Cover with the remaining batter and smooth the surface.
Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cake is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool before unmolding and serving.
