For the Cakes:
In a blender or mixing bowl, combine 2 bananas, 2 eggs, 200 ml of fresh milk, 50g of sugar, and 5g of salt.
Blend or mix until you have a smooth liquid mixture.
Gradually add 200g of flour while continuing to blend or mix until the batter is well combined.
Stir in 2 tablespoons of olive oil or regular oil.
Preheat a non-stick skillet or pan over medium heat.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the skillet to make individual banana egg cakes.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges start to set, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
Repeat for the remaining batter, adding more oil to the skillet as needed.
