Pour in the broth and crushed tomatoes, and mix to combine. Reduce heat to low and simmer soup.
Prepare the Noodles: Toss in the shattered lasagna noodles and bring to a boil. About 10 to 12 minutes into cooking, or until the noodles reach an al dente texture.
Turn heat down to low and stir in cream and cheese. Melt and blend the mozzarella, Parmesan, and heavy cream. Add seasonings according to your liking.
