Ingredients:
1 bag frozen meatballs (about 25 oz)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 packets brown gravy mix (1.74 ounces total)
Instructions:
Place frozen meatballs and sliced mushrooms in a slow cooker.
In a bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, brown gravy mix and water. Whisk until well combined.
