Apply the paste:
Spread the baking soda paste over the surface of the baking pan, focusing on areas with dried grease and residue.
Let it sit:
Leave the baking soda paste on the baking sheet for at least 15-30 minutes.
Vinegar spray:
Spray the baking soda paste with white vinegar. The reaction between the baking soda and vinegar will help to remove any dried-on dirt and grease.
Rub:
Wear rubber gloves and clean the pan with a scourer or steel wool. If necessary, use a stiff brush for more difficult areas.
Rinse and dry:
Rinse the baking sheet with hot water and dry with a soft cloth.
