The cooking chamber inside which the hot air circulates can easily get dirty with stains or food residues. The rule of delicacy always applies: you don’t need aggressive products, but depending on the level of impurities, a soft sponge or a microfibre cloth and hot water, with or without detergent, will suffice. Wring out the sponge well so as not to drip and then dry with a cloth.

Cleaning the resistance
The resistance is a sensitive point of the machine, as it is from here that the heat that makes it work is released. It does not need to be cleaned every time you use the fryer, but it is a good idea to check that food residues are not accumulating. Removing them is simple, but it takes a bit of patience: you need a soft-bristled brush, so you can rub the dirt and then complete the operation by wiping with a damp cloth to remove the grease from the surrounding parts and then dry carefully. The most practical way to reach the point where the resistance is located is to turn the appliance upside down, obviously removing the basket.
