What You Need: Two Rib Racks of Pork
Honey, 1/2 cup and 1/4 cup
minced garlic four cloves
grated ginger, 1 tablespoon
oil from olives, 2 teaspoons
Toss with salt and pepper.
For the garnish, chopped green onions
Optional: sesame seeds for garnishing
What to do:
Set oven temperature to 325°F, or 160°C.
Combine the honey, soy sauce, grated ginger, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
On a large baking sheet coated with aluminum foil, lay out the rib racks.
