On my last trip to Japan, I tried for the first time an incredible Asian dish, HIBACHI, it was dangerously delicious, and I want to try it again.
That’s why I decided today to share with you my HOMEMADE HIBACHI RECIPE.
INGREDIENTS:
HIBACHI RICE:
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
- 2 tablespoons softened butter.
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
- 1 large egg.
- 1/2 sweet chopped onion.
- 2 cups cooked rice.
HIBACHI STEAK:
- 500 g sirloin steak.
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
- 2 tablespoons garlic butter.
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce.
