You will only need 2 ingredients and a little water. See the quantities needed:
1 1/2 cups water (360 ml)
2 cups sugar (380 g)
2 cups powdered milk (200 g)
Note: The measured cup is 240 ml.
This recipe yields about 800 g of condensed milk. If you want less, cut the recipe in half.
