Prep the Onion and Garlic:
Finely chop the onion.
Heat some olive oil in a pan.
Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Mince the garlic and add to the pan, cooking until fragrant.
Prepare the Vegetables:
Slice the zucchini.
Add the zucchini to the pan with the onion and garlic.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook until the zucchini is tender.
Add Ketchup and Sausages:
Stir in 150g of ketchup.
Slice the hunting sausages and add them to the pan.
Cook for a few minutes until the sausages are heated through.
