Ham & Cheese Rolls Ups

Ingredients:

  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 12 slices of deli ham
  • 6 slices of cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite cheese)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Sliced pickles, lettuce, or other fillings of your choice

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or cream cheese), Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined. This will be your spread for the roll-ups.
  2. Lay out a tortilla on a clean work surface. Spread a thin layer of the mayonnaise mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla.
  3. Place 2 slices of ham on top of the mayonnaise mixture, covering the entire surface of the tortilla.
  4. Place a slice of cheese on top of the ham, covering the entire surface of the tortilla.
  5. If desired, add additional fillings such as sliced pickles or lettuce on top of the cheese.
  6. Starting at one end, tightly roll up the tortilla into a log shape, making sure to tuck in the fillings as you go.
  7. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
  8. Once all the roll-ups are assembled, use a sharp knife to slice each roll-up into 1-inch slices.
  9. Arrange the sliced roll-ups on a serving platter and serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
