Ingredients:
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 12 slices of deli ham
- 6 slices of cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite cheese)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: Sliced pickles, lettuce, or other fillings of your choice
Directions:
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or cream cheese), Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined. This will be your spread for the roll-ups.
- Lay out a tortilla on a clean work surface. Spread a thin layer of the mayonnaise mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla.
- Place 2 slices of ham on top of the mayonnaise mixture, covering the entire surface of the tortilla.
- Place a slice of cheese on top of the ham, covering the entire surface of the tortilla.
- If desired, add additional fillings such as sliced pickles or lettuce on top of the cheese.
- Starting at one end, tightly roll up the tortilla into a log shape, making sure to tuck in the fillings as you go.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
- Once all the roll-ups are assembled, use a sharp knife to slice each roll-up into 1-inch slices.
- Arrange the sliced roll-ups on a serving platter and serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
