Ham and Cheese Stuffed Dumplings: A Delicious and Savory Recipe
Roll out the puff pastry and shape it into rectangles using the cookie cutter (2).
Spread a few cubes of cheese and cooked ham on each rectangle of puff pastry (3).
Fold the 4 corners of the puff pastry towards the center and give each rectangle the shape of a dumpling (4).
In a bowl, beat the egg yolk with the milk and a pinch of salt (5).
Brush the ravioli with the beaten egg yolk (6) and bake in a static oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
Once golden, remove your dumplings from the oven and serve them hot or at room temperature (7).
