200gm goat cheese
1 large onion
50g chopped walnuts
50g butter
50g flour
500ml milk
Bread pieces
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
– In a pan, caramelize the julienned onion with a little olive oil.
– Tear the goat cheese and mix with the chopped walnuts.
