8 oz. aged cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mayo
8 oz. cream cheese, at room temp
8 oz. roasted red peppers, finely chopped
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Cayenne pepper (to taste)
Optional: 2 tsp dried parsley
Instructions:
In a sizable bowl, blend the shredded cheeses.
Mix in mayo and cream cheese till smooth.
Incorporate roasted red peppers.
Season with onion powder, dry mustard, and cayenne pepper. Mix well. For a subtler taste, add dried parsley.
For flavors to blend, refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.
Stir once more before serving. Garnish with red peppers or parsley if desired.
