Delicious and Simple Vegetable Beef Soup

In a big pot, put together the potatoes, water, carrots, onion, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.

Lower the temperature and cook covered for 25 minutes or until soft.

Put in the rest of the ingredients. Cover the pot and let it cook over low heat for another 30 minutes or until it is hot, stirring from time to time.

Remove bay leaves before serving.
