Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes

First, to Make this easy Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potato crockpot meal start by getting out your crockpot and spraying it with cooking spray!

Then, scrub and rinse off about 5 medium sized potatoes. Chop the potatoes into small cubes. It is important to try to make sure the potatoes are all about the same size, so that they cook evenly in the crockpot.

Next, add 2 TBSP of olive oil to the potatoes and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. I don’t use exact measurements for this part.

After that, add 2 TBSP of minced garlic to the potatoes and give everything a good stir.

I like to cube up the chicken for this recipe, but you could also leave the chicken whole. Add the cubed chicken on top of the potatoes and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

Next, I add the Garlic Parmesan Sauce from Buffalo Wild Wings. Your favorite brand of Garlic Parmesan Sauce is fine too! I like to just add enough of the sauce to cover the chicken. You can always add more of the sauce after the meal is cooked if needed.

This is going to cook on low for about 6 hours or until the chicken reaches at least 165 degrees and the potatoes are tender.

Finally, once the potatoes are tender and the chicken is fully cooked I like to stir everything together and top it with some shredded mozzarella cheese. I let the crockpot meal sit for about 10-15 minutes until all the cheese is melted!

Now it’s time to eat! We served this with some green beans and added some ranch on top of the chicken and potatoes!
