4. Dip each marshmallow first in the egg mixture, then roll in the flour mixture to coat evenly.
5. Carefully drop the coated marshmallows into the hot oil, frying in batches. Fry for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to remove the marshmallows from the oil and drain on paper towels.
6. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
