Creamy Avocado Grilled Cheese

2. Assembling the sandwich:

Butter one side of each slice of bread. This side will be on the outside when cooking to obtain a golden and crispy exterior.
On the unbuttered side of two slices, spread the avocado puree.
Add the grated cheese evenly on the avocado.
Close the sandwich with the other slices of bread (buttered side facing out).

3. Cooking the grilled cheese:

Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Place the sandwiches in the hot skillet. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden and crispy and the cheese is melted.
Press down lightly with a spatula to compact the sandwich and melt the cheese evenly.

Service and Advice
4. Serve:

Remove the sandwiches from the pan once they are golden brown on both sides.
Cut diagonally for a classic presentation and serve immediately.
