Cowardly, chocolatey, sweet and irresistible cookies!
Ingredients:
6 eggs
240 g sugar
250 g margarine (semi-fat margarine)
140 ml milk
500 g flour
1 packet baking powder
80 g cocoa powder
200 g chocolate (full milk or dark)
rum flavor

1. Simply beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, melt the margarine and add the milk.
2. Then add the flour, baking powder and cocoa, chop or grate the chocolate, mix and finally season the mixture with the aroma.
3. Finally, roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.
While still hot, cut into 60 cubes.
