Churros

Preparation:
Heat water, butter, sugar and salt in a saucepan until a boil.
Add the flour at once and mix vigorously until the dough forms a ball that detaches from the walls of the pan.
Out of the fire, incorporate eggs one by one, then mix until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
Heat the oil in a frying pan or air fryer to 180°C.
Place the dough in a shell pocket and form churros in the hot oil. Let fry for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown.
Drain them on absorbent paper.
Mix sugar with cinnamon and coat the still hot churros with this mixture.

Cooking time: 5 minutes
