Preparation:
Prepare the dough: foam the soft butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the egg and stir well. Mix flour and cocoa powder and raise a little by little under the buttercream until a smooth dough forms.
Shaping cookies: Fill the dough in a spray bag with star tulle. Spray small rods on a sheet covered with baking paper.
Baking: Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C (upper/lower heat) for about 10-12 minutes. Let it cool down completely after that.
Decorating: Melt the bitter chocolate in the water bath. Dip the ends of the cookies in the melted chocolate and then roll them in chopped nuts.
Enjoy: Letting cookies dry until chocolate solidens. After that they are ready to enjoy!
