Step 1
Cut the pepper, cabbage and onion into julienne strips. Then set aside in the refrigerator. Then, put 4 tablespoons of oil in a large pan and heat on medium heat for 5 minutes. Then add the cabbage and onion that you have previously bitten. Cook for 4 minutes until al dente.
Step 2
Add the soy sauce and olive oil to the preparation, then incorporate all the ingredients and put the mixture in a bowl.
Step 3
In the same pan, add more frying oil and add the carrot so that it is also cooked al dente. Next, add the soy sauce and mix it with the mixture from step 2. Next, do the same with the onion.
Step 4
Pour the minced meat into the previously oiled pan and cook until golden brown. Next, add the soy sauce, olive oil and bean sprouts and incorporate the previous mixture to mix it with all the ingredients. It is advisable to take a few minutes for all the flavors to integrate.
Step 5
To form the lumpias, roll out the rice paper or pasta, then add the portion of filling you want and wrap to make the roll. Then start frying them for 2 minutes on a surface with enough oil and place them on absorbent paper to eliminate all the excess oil.
