Ingredients:

  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
