Instructions:
- In a large skillet, cook the hot pork sausage and ground beef over medium heat until they are no longer pink. Be sure to break the meat into crumbles as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage and beef with the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, diced tomatoes and green chiles (with their juice), condensed cream of mushroom soup, condensed cream of chicken soup, chopped onion, chopped green bell pepper, garlic powder, and ground black pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish or a similar-sized oven-safe dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 30-35 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the cheese is melted and slightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the Cheesy Hissy Fit Dip with tortilla chips or your favorite crackers for dipping.
