Assembling the Meatloaf
- Press half of the meat mixture into the bottom of a greased loaf pan, creating an even layer.
- Layer the cubed mozzarella cheese on top of the meat mixture, leaving a border around the edges.
- Top with the remaining half of the meat mixture, pressing down gently to seal the edges.
Baking and Glazing
- In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard powder.
- Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving and Enjoying
- Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice the meatloaf and serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
