List of items needed:
1 average-sized broccoli, cut into small pieces.
1 average-sized cauliflower, cut into small pieces.
1 cup of raw cashews soaked in hot water for 15 minutes.
1 cup of almond milk without added sugar (or another type of plant-based milk)
1/4 cup of yeast for nutrition
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 pieces of garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of powdered onion
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric can be added for color, but it is optional.
Add salt and pepper according to your preference.
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs made from plants (make sure they are suitable for a vegan diet).
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley can be added as a garnish if desired.
