- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large eggs
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
- Season the bite-sized steak pieces with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
